Sale: Cyberstorm MKII A3000/4000
Hi!
After some research in Amiga related Forums I decided to sign up here to sell parts of my Amiga collection avoiding Evilbay. I'd like to start with my Cyberstorm MKII 060/50Mhz. This one comes boxed with manual. I can also include 128MB of Ram, depending on your offer. Contact / photos via PM ![]() |

If you are going to sell parts, a price would be a good start.

Those kind of postings are suggesting that the price you are hoping for is way too high. Check this thread for a more realistic assessment of the price. ![]() |

Actually I kind of agree with Dreamcatcher, a lack of interest should be enough to show that an item is overpriced. At very least they could be more constructive :s

And if someone means he can post things like Nujack did because I'm new here the forum admins should ask theirselves how a forum grows to a big one like EAB already is. Back to Topic: I can throw in a fitting CyberSCSI MKII module if needed. |

Dreamcatcher the marketplace section of EAB is a bit of a wild west, people will be blunt and honest when they think you are asking too much. There are bargains to be had here and fair trades. If you have a price in mind I suggest you check out www.amibay.com
You can set a price there and you will be protected from criticism etc.. If your price is what somebody else is willing to pay your item will sell. If not well it will sit there for a while until either someone comes along or you decide to lower your price. |

The meaning of this smiley is not stupid or dumb, it means to be nuts(in german language: durchgedreht). And yes the price is too high like alexh tried to tell you one post above.
A more realistic offer for that item is between 250 and 300 EUR(depends on the condition of this card. That's it. I hope that nobody is stupid to pay such prices for a CSMK2. Makes it hard for people who still use the Amiga for creative work to find new hardware, because such prices might be payed by collectors only. |

It might be what YOU are prepared to pay and calling that the "Going price". Cyberstorm MK II, With SCSI, and 128MB of ram went on Ebay for AU$690 recently (480 Euro). So it is not UNCOMMON. |

@Whiteb
There are 2 CSMkII's on ebay 'Buy it now' at the moment both around €350 €400 and they have not sold, the latter has been on for some time. I can only assume that the Market in Australia calls for a higher price, perhaps this is more rare your side of the world. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Phase-5-CYBERS...item2a086b85c2 http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Cyberstorm-060...item3cadab57cf This is the problem with having open discussion about price, there is no exact science as priced on these collectable items can fluctuate, but for sure I would not pay this guy €450 if I could but it €100 cheper on ebay. And since that hasn't sold... Two MK1's recently sold for around £190, I'm not sure of the differece there but a Mk2 can't be worth double. Steve. |

I saw one of these recently at a market for €20. Incidently that is my offer. PM me for payment and postage details.

He isn't!
I paid 250 EUR for my CS MK2, 480 EUR for such a card is insane! But if people buy it for that price... |
