gcc and NDK3.2

Just a heads up for anyone interested that https://github.com/bebbo/amiga-gcc can now be built with NDK3.2R3 instead of NDK39.

There's been a bit of to-and-from but we got there. The amiga-gcc installation now works end to end for NDK39 and NDK3.2.

@Olaf Barthel, @boemann and @bebbo seems like theres more conversation to be had around tailoring 3.2 for gcc and I'm not smart enough to be the man in the middle so I figured I'd introduce you if you didn't already know each other and back slowly away.

Stefan currently applies a set of patches to the NDK and generates inlines from the SFD files as part of a big Makefile that downloads, configures and installs gcc 6.5 as a cross compiler alongside the NDK of your choice.

It would be lovely to get to a point where that wasnt necessary. :-)
