I want to sell my hardware

Hello guys,
i would like to sell my hardware :
cyberstorm mk1 060 50 mhz with scsi - cybervision 64 3d - cyberstorm mk2 040 mhz ?? 2 flicker fixer scandoubler (1 int for 1200 and 1 ext.)
But i would like to test them, is there someone who could be cool enough to let me try this hardware on his amiga 4000 - someone in france (near belgium) perhaps or in belgium.
My 4000 is dead, i could sell my 4000 too if someone want to try to repair it.
How much do you think i could sell them ?
I still have an a500 too and a cd32 and many games in box.

I'd be interested in buying your A4000. My experience is they are very hard to kill permanently except if you let the battery leak too long and even then they can be fixed.

Maybe talk to GadgetUK in the UK? He'd probably take on the A4000 repair and testing of everything in return for some hardware? Plus you'd get to see it being repaired and tested on his vlog. He's 100% reliable and a big name in the community so he wouldn't run off with your equipment.

As for a price? I think you'd be looking at about €2500-€3500 for everything if you sold it all as "untested" on €bay. Prices are the highest they are ever going to be. They are going to start going down soon

Hi alexh,
thank you for the reply.
You are interested by the a4000 untested ?
edited : not untested, it doesn't work.
It has the Super Buster 11 chip.
Could you send me by pm an email where i can contact you ?
do you have an idea of a price for the scandouler flicker fixer ?? I have 2:
1 internal that you plug on the chips and 1 external.

Hi turrican3, if you have A500 games in box I could be interested in some of them (I already own many games but you could have some title I'm looking for ). Please just write down a list when you have a moment and I'll ask you for some pictures if there's something of my interest. Thanks!

Hello. I would have thought you'd know prices with so many posts on the site? I think Indivision scandoublers are going for 100-200 euro here in Oz.

Sadly, i know less and less about the real hardware.
But i will never forget the feeling to have an amiga alll those years.
The amiga 4000 what a beast to use in the 90's and even in the early 2000's, for me a pc with windows 2000 was a joke vs an a4000 060 with wb3.1 + dopus magellan.
ps:winuae is great but it's not the same feeling.

Yes, playing on WinUAE is just not the same.

I just love to play on original hardware, on a not too complex configuration, to avoid trouble with hardware and software. Used to have an Ateo tower on A1200/68060 with Pixel64 and CD-burner and lots of issues with ALL the hardware (and also software)

Now an original desktop A1200 with the 060 board inside, 32MB and CF compact flash connected to a Acer flat screen (no need for scandoubler anymore) and it rocks.

I know what you mean. I guy I know dumped his A4000 in favor of PC's years ago and really regret's it. He's doing Gallery displays with RPi's and Urban design now. He was in a Omega 5 - a sub of ACU and shared a lot of stuff back in the day. Although I have a few different models (Pictured in the EAB photos) now I had an A1000 and sold it in the 90's to a Video-titling guy. Went with PC's in the late 90's when married. I'd rather use a PC online frankly as it's a transient system.

I reckon Acer are a top label despite the crap undertones.
