Tool / Method for burning multiple CD32 ISOs onto one CD
Does such a thing exist or is it only possible to have one game ISO on a CD?

An ISO is a CD image, so it's not possible to burn multiple to one physical CD and have them boot at the same time. If you burn them as data files you couldn't use them on a CD32 or an emulator.
