Lotus Esprit Turbo Challenge. That's not a registration card as such, its the form you sent off upon completing the game to get sent the 'Lotus License', not that I ever got close to earning it myself. Well done Mark, whoever and wherever you are....

The British post code system is quite precise, you can get to within a few houses with that. :-)
