Amiga 1200 + Indivision AGA MK3 + ACA1221lc + more
Hi guys, I have my A1200 with 3.0 roms, it was recently recapped by Kinami on EAB, it has an Indivision AGA MK3, ACA1221lc, 4GB CF drive, USB mouse adapter, and a new 120v PSU. The computer works beautifully and was my main machine for doing music, unfortunately I had an incident when I was backing up my data, the computer crashed and the HD came up as NDos. I lost 10 years of music data. I really appreciate all the comments and help in getting my data back.

Why not try to recover your files from the HD?

Maybe someone here could help recover the data before you sell it.

Would that be possible, would there still be a chance even if it comes up as NDOS? That would be a real life saver if someone knows how to recover the data. Unfortunately I found out my floppy disk is up the creek too so I am unable to boot from floppy disks to get into Workbench. Hmm maybe I am bit hasty in selling if there is a chance to recover the data lol.

Here's an idea... use Win32DiskImager to make an image of your 4GB CF... then you can mess around with image than the actual physical CF.
I did something similar with corrupted SD card in the past and it worked great! |
