JIT and Icon.library

Can you create the absolutely simplest HD from scratch which exhibits this problem and send to me? If so, I may be able to selectively disable some parts of the JIT in order to help track down the problem.

Perhaps this is same (or similar) as weird A2065 + JIT data corruption?
