Simon the Sorcerer proper Fix & Crack ?

Hi there, dear Sorcerer's apprentice.

You know what i was curious about ?
Why was there never a proper fix & crack for Simon the Sorcerer ?

Sure, we/i can use the WHDLoad version,
but what about people that dont have enough memory or getting sick of those black flashing screens and the sound stuttering?

The Native install, or better said, the start executeable from Simon the Sorcer OCS/AGA is really strange.

You see the main problem is:

1) Simon dosent open its own screen; but runs on top of the WB screen
That leeds to some really odd visuals (a kind of magic ? well no , sadly) Example pictures down below.

Even when i bought the game back then. I always wondered why there was this shity launcher ??
Why does it run on top off the WB ? WT...?

2) Second. Why is there no proper crack. Well, there are cracked versions but none is as good and clean (imho)
as the one that is done by the French group GOD.
They only patched the "runit" command witch is the right way to do imho.
(but what do i know... i am just a silly smurf)

But they did not fix the "on top screen" problem.

So my request would go out to those coding gods.

Could you make Simon the Sorcerer finally playable without this crappy

"on top screen" problem and with a proper crack. (or removal of the copyprotection screen)

THAT would be amazing. Who can do it and who can do it right ?
I really hope for youre Magic Guys

(OCS , german plz ? it was never cracked , but this potential fix would be for all languages, i hope)

Proper crack exists if you want to play the FR version (thanks again to StingRay for this).

That dosent solve the 1) problem.
It still runs on top of the Workbench Screen and my french is pretty bad.

I did not know about the StingRay crack tho.
Maybe he comes with his Magic and gives Simon its own Screen, that would be amazing
He could do it for sure, but i dont know if he has the time to do it or even want to

I tied to solve this for myself but the result is..., well. It kind a works..but not really.

I got rid of the Workbench in the background but when i click (by exident or not)
into the upper black bar over the graphics the hole game freezes.

I got rid of the copy protection in the german OCS version
but then i get missing text in the opening/credits scene

Nah, i am just to stupid for this.
We need a Pro here. StingRay where are you buddy ?
