If the Phase5 brand was to be ressurected i do hope it is helmed by a person that isn't a lunatic. The jury is still out on this Gomez fellow, I think. What is surprising is that he managed to get the board that he sent out produced. I don't know if the board had the issues that was claimed, but there is no doubt that it was an actual PCB, and that it was possible to put the correct components on it.
OK, I think I need to issue a correction to my earlier post. This guy clearly is a lunatic. Or at least not well.

In hindsite, my post was quite extreme but I'd had enough of his constant bullshit and threats

He was also banned from EAB after a group moderator discussion
That was pretty harsh, but I am beginning to understand where you're coming from.

Yes, perhaps this is the way to see it. Kind of like how I see everything Star Wars released after Episode VI (excluding the video games made before 2001).

Well there is one experiment I haven't heard anyone tried, prepay for something with a near shipping date and then pursue getting a refund. I'd like to see the hilarity. Please no Swedes, I think your whole country is blacklisted at this point.

I never put my money to a black hole. At least Individual computers... maybe he isn't the best guy to go to a beach bar together, but they delivered.

The guy insinuated Chucky being a paedophile, that was a line not to be crossed...

Wait, what?! That is some pretty hardcore public self-destruction, and surprising considering that guy's extensive experience in "Document, Sales, Marketing & PR Management".

Yeah that's a bit much, and I don't know the specific quote you're referring to but it wouldn't surprise me. I mean if you were playing the part of some wacky crazy over the top guy, is that really so much more over the line than the rest of what he's said?

However if he just implied it, however over the line that is, it's not as bad as saying it.

Having watched Chucky's sanding with beer video (Is that an Ikea Lack table btw?), I'd say plenty of ground was covered (in IPA), and Phake5 certainly has no good connections left to the Amiga community

I'll get my coat..

You could say he has no grounds for complaint.

Well I think the damage to phase 5 reputation is too big due to this guy, even if the original company was to come back they wouldn't survive with all the drama and near circus conditions. Most probably they would sell the rights to this Gomez guy for real, to continue his self destruction and possibly jump from some skyscraper in the end.

Only solution is to stop paying attention to this guy. Unlike his page on FB, do not like or comment any of his stuff.

But Amiga people still ask him about the cards. The most gullible lot. It's amazing that anyone can believe this person can actually produce anything. What has it been? Two years or more? All he does is rant, worse and worse.

He thrives from the attention. He's a sick person. Don't give him what he wants.

When I first saw his unprofessional comments and posts and people asking to prepay for nothing I said this is going to end to lots of crying, laugh and drama all together. I should have saved some screenshots how ahead I was back then.

the scam he is running i seeen many many times over in crypto world back back in the day when we were making fpga/asics monthly
you know show pics of a empty building where your operations are supposed to be pics of machines etc etc etc
anything to make people who have no clue about that stuff think its legit

anyways people should have got the clue soon as he said he is making the whole product line
with not 1 thing shown working
also the fact he post all the info on FB instead of the site
rants etc

I just snorted beer out of my nose at that, thanks...

Personally I get the impression he means well but is massively out of his depth, and instead of reaching out for help he sees enemies everywhere rather than admit his own lack of skill. He'd not have spent that money on PCBs had it been a complete scam. I feel a bit sorry for him.

This scam will be over before 2019, he can't keep pretending without any proof, even the dumbest fanboy will realize something's not right.
