Star Wars: Return Of The Jedi - Ending?

Hi,

Does Star Wars: Return Of The Jedi have an ending?

I got to Level 6 and died choosing "Easy" game from the beginning.

I have read it keeps looping all 3 levels but gets harder.

No ending sequence. You beat level 8. And then enter your high score.

There is white plug & play TV console with Star Wars games which also have highscore only at the end.

It is a great star wars game with a nice star wars music track. 30yr old game and still holds up today. Who needs an ending to a game? Back in the day the excitement was to see how far you could go in the game.

From what I can tell (but haven't played long enough on the Amiga) it's a close to the original arcade version

yes, it is all about the game(play), but a cool ending sequence as kind of a special bonus was thrilling me as a kid.

additionally, on my side, the expectations were growing if the game offered nice graphics and sound, too. i think it was xenon 2 that left me completely stunned with its minimal ending..

There was a lot of games which had minimal endings. On the other hand there were heaps of other games with great endings and cut scenes.
