Pool of Radiance

Hello all,

I recently installed the latest version of WINUAE 2.8.1,

I want to play Pool of Radiance, the game runs fine but after I create a character and customise it the game asks me to insert the POOLSAVE disk into the drive.

I have been unable to get it to work, i downloaded a blank save disk and also tried to create one with the WINUAE program and renamed them POOLSAVE but the game still does not seem to recognise them.

Now it is abit pointless to play this game without the ability to save.

What am I doing wrong? Can anyone help me please?

You can use the savestate option in the miscellaneous panel to save progress

EDIT: Just tried the skidrow crack version of the game and everything works ok. Disk 2 is POOLDATA: and disk 3 is POOLSAVE:

Sorry but I am very new to this and just managed to get winuae installed in the PC, I am not a PC expert in any way.

I downloaded the POR adf files but have only 2 disks, Pool of radiance and Pooldata, I do not have a 3d disk and this is the Skid Row version

Can anyone perhaps add a working save disk to the Zone please?

I can't seem to open the attached file of your post on my PC arnie, it does not seem to open files with a php extension.

The attached file is a .zip file, windows can open it automatically.

If the file shows .php on your PC then rename it without the .php extension and try again.
