Amiga Computing #67 (Dec 1993) - Wrong coverdisk filenames
http://amr.abime.net/issue_506_coverdisks
The coverdisk files have the filenames the wrong way round - 'ac067_1993_12_d1.adz' is actually disk2, and vice versa for the other disk. Download them, insert them and see! Same goes for Issue 69 (Jan 94). The 'd1.adz' and 'd2.adz' parts of the coverdisks' filenames are the wrong way round - d1.adz is actually disk2 and vice versa |

I've swapped the pointers for these around.

Cool... I've found about half a dozen other mix ups regarding disks/filenames/images and content tables in a few other Amiga Computings - shall I list them here or create a new thread for each one?

Listing them in this thread will be fine.

Ok, well here's one for Issue 68 (Christmas 1993)
http://amr.abime.net/issue_531_coverdisks In the contents on this page, 'Take 2' is in the content table for Disk 2 - it should be in the Disk 1 table (the coverdisk jpegs next to the tables confirm this). Same goes for Disk 1 contents, it should all be in the Disk 2 table. Next one is a little typo - Issue 62 (July 1993) http://amr.abime.net/issue_501_coverdisks Bars and Pipes is spelt incorrectly as 'Pioes' in the contents table (I was looking for it and obviously it wasn't showing up in search results ) |

@Blitter
Thanks! Fixed. Keep them coming if you've found any others. |

Amiga Computing Issue 66 (November 1993)
http://amr.abime.net/issue_505_coverdisks Bit less straightforward, this one: The two coverdisk files and filenames are correct, so don't touch them, but the jpeg filenames and the content tables are the wrong way round - ie the coverdisk picture and table contents of AMOS 3D should be Disk 2, and vice versa. I discovered this when inserting and loading AMOS and the intro text specifically said something like 'Welcome to Disk 2, Amos 3D'. |
