MultiFaceCard3 broken?

Hi all,

I've installed this card in my A2000 & trying to link it to my PC with Amiga Explorer (I paid enough for this slow program, so like to use it even with faster data transfer options like CD-ROM & ZIP drive).

I changed the AE program on the Amiga side to use the driver MFM.DEVICE, as installed by the MultiFace install floppy, but when I run AE is says "Serial connection cannot be opened".

Does this mean by MultiFace card is broken...or do I have to change more settings?

Sorry, I'm a bit of a goon & always asking such silly questions, it may be simple, but I honestly do not know.

PZ.

Yep, I did what I should have done before...read the manual

Even though I already figured it out, I am VERY grateful for the super-fast help Toni , it's great to see people leap to the rescue so fast. I try to when I can, just most times I don't have the answer for people
