It says "HALLO, bitte nicht bieten, sie meinem auktion on Ebay Niederlande, Ich verschick Weltweit." so it seems just an expensive way to attract buyers as he has to pay advertising costs for an object with a price of 1000 euro. Ebay likes that kind of sellers
