Notes!
- You cant type anything in to the game to make it run faster. I know there is a password, but we cant us it. - Players are highly encouraged to play the game in NTSC mode. The Stand Alone ADF does this automatically if you have an ECS Amiga. - The screen will flicker if you use a CPU higher than 68010, unless you use a WHDLoad package. - The standalone ADF has been tested as working. Just select Timed Mode and Pro Difficulty. No other setup needed. - To load this up with a standard TD2 ADF, put the scenery disk on DF1, and choose Scenery from the menu, pull down until you find Northern Germany. - To install this using WHD, first make a backup copy of your TD2 WHD installation. Copy the contents of Sen on the disk to the SEN drawer, e.g. your WHDLoad/data/Sen folder. Also copy the .dat files from the main directory of the disk, to your TD2/data folder. Load up the game and select scenery. Pull down until the image for the Northern Germany track appears, then press fire. - The final road sign in the game, in the Stand Alone ADF version, has been hacked to say "Lemon Amiga". (because Super League was too long) FAQ Why cant we choose another car or difficulty level? The F40 is the fastest, and there wasn't enough space on the Compo ADF for the Porsche car. The difficulty just means less traffic. Players arn't playing the same game if they could select any traffic they want on demand, so everyone must choose maximum traffic/difficulty; which is not very hard, because the programmer deliberately left plenty of gaps. Can I use 63fps like in your playguide video? Yes, you can play it at any speed greater than normal, as long as it's not slower than normal. For this round I played using the stock NTSC 60hz refresh. What are the hidden tricks 1. Learn to find the safe zone in the middle of the road, get there and stay there. 2.The police will only follow you at the speed you were going when you passed them. 3. Only one police car can follow you at any time, even if you pass many police cars and traps on the road. 4. Learn to stop just after the first white line at the end of each section (i.e. brake before you see the line visually). 5. Don't take miscalculated risks. If there is a high chance of an overtake, do it, and then cut back quickly. Last edited by lifeschool; 04 July 2024 at 19:49. |

Played using Retroplays WHD-installed version v1.5 (TestDrive2&Datadisks) which includes Northern Germany Challenge. And at first played with wrong car, then changed to Ferrari ![]() I suppose Retroplay's version is ok, as I can't believe there's differences between that and submitted adf's? |

A competitive score el-pasi.
![]() Thats a good tips about the Retroplay version. I guess they are the same as the ADF unless Retro took away some timing bugs in the latest slave. I'm not going to complain even if that is the case, because people are allowed to play the game faster if they want to, and is in the rules. |

Just added the WHD link to the first post. And a FAQ to the second post.
