Does anyone know any 1-click menu systems
I am wondering if anyone knows of some decent 1-click to load menu system, what allow a lot of options, ideally also with several options per menu item, or at least, what "execute" a script on exit, for example:
{ cd :game game } There is a menu system I recently found, cannot remember where, and its called "Get Set Go!" and running it without a menu file, it shows the author as Mark Everingham (C)1990 Freudian Slipz, and has no mention about distribution, or any documentation on the disk, so I guess I can use it, but its sadly limited to 10 options (it was on an ADF I think) - But this is not ideal for the KS3.1 HDF image since it is limited in options I used to like the Novell Netware Menu System way back, that had menus and submenus where you could put options to load the games, I use a version called PCMENU on DOSbox for example, so something similar to this would be ideal) Many Thanks |

Got me thinking there, It might work wonders if theres a way you could make an "Amiga Guide" menu system which would then be able to run/load games/apps and browse any documents..
Also I guess I could then do what I imagined, perhaps a line of letters, and then the games underneath based on the letter you pressed.. That could work well actually, especially with a large game collection like the one I am building via AmigaBoing.net |

yes, it does. I'll try to dig something. I think it's on my github, it's an alternative to my AGS menu generator that I used when AGS wasn't that stable.
The real challenge would be to do the same for kickstart 1.3. But in 2.0+ it's not a problem. |

As a rule theres not many games which need Kickstart 1.3 so I can use that menu system what I am using now called Get Set Go! - Quite nice menu system actually, very customizable

Selector by Amiga PD/Shareware legend Nico Francois.
MenuMaster is PAL only as it won't open on a 200 pixel screen, it should open ok on a NTSC screen. |

You could also build an ARexx host.
