Problem with save states
I've been trying to play a WHDLoad version of Iron Lord but when I try to load a save state it causes WinUAE to close. Will future versions of WinUAE support this or is this not really feasible.

Assumption: you tried to load a save-state but didn't have the configuration originally used WHEN saving the game's state?
This can cause trouble. WinUAE also goes mad if you *had* a 68020 configuration when saving the state and try to load this save-state file with 68000 setup. |

Save states do not support harddrives or Picasso96 etc.. expansion hardware (I think this should be included with some FAQ already)
