Name this game plz

The game is very basic . You start off with one ball and the object is to clear as much space around the ball as possible and everytime you succeed a nother ball is added.

Click in the game space and a line starts to form and if the ball hits the line you lose a life but if the ball misses the line then a certain percentage is cleared. I miss this game but have no clue what it is called help me Please....

There was a PD game called Bally based on Qix. It came with three other games on one disk I think. The background was black, when you drew a line it was yellow and when you made a box it filled in blue. When you died a weird German voice said something like "DIIIIEEEE!!!!" Ring any bells?
