I think this thread is a good idea, it stops too many people submitting reports for the same game, and it means that we can discuss any issues to see if we can resolve them ourselves.
I'd like to add to it once I get a few things sorted too, if you are willing to update it with other people's suggestions Although I do think you should put WHY they are not working next to them (or under them), with exact error codes/messages. |

u think so KG? 99% of them just give some memory exceptions....
so if it is a mem exceptoin, I don't see a point to write that? I think it would be better to only write the rest 1% errors... also some slaves although working, have disabled input? anyone faced that? |

Yeah I def think giving as much info on the error is the best method, that way someone else can at least see if they are generating the same error or something different for the same game. I think it might also be a good idea to say which machine the errors occur on. I know it's a little more work but it's a lot better in the long run.

Yes It is VoodooInt.
My VooDooINT in env prefs folder is set to NO to fix Mediator and WHDLoad crashes.... (all slaves used to freeze to black screen) |

I have the feeling that success varies from system to system...

@DDNI: Enlightenment is one of mine - I was only volunteering to fix it I'll fix them all if you pay me so that I don't have to bother with that pesky "work" thing
There will be some additions to WHDLoad 16.8 to (hopefully!) stop the random hanging on Mediator equipped systems. Elbox have supplied two useful tools for this. |
