"Welcome to Turrican" WHDload

I've been messing about with the Turrican install, installing a few different versions but have yet to find a single version that says the whole

"Welcome to Turrican, ha ha ha ha ha" (until fade). They all seem to cut the speech short and cut straight to the title screen abruptly.

Anyone managed to get the speech working fully? I've tried this on winuae and a real amiga (cheers StarEye).

Any help would be helpful.

The speech plays whilst the game loads. If you're loading from HD, you don't need to wait for it to load, hence the sound cuts off early. Solution? Get the ADFs and either copy them to a floppy, or use them with WinUAE with floppy speed set to 100%.

Report the "bug" via the WHDLoad website, otherwise Wepl is unlikely to know of the suggestion.

thats strange, because there is already a wait in which should wait until the end of the speech.
I can check this...

It's to balance out all the miserable gits out there who have nothing but misery in their soul. To them, they weren't all happy days.

Thumbs up is actually an ancient phallic symbol, he's just trying to impress the ladies.
