I have an ipad and can i use FSUAE ?

I think it is not possible for iPad, unless it is jailbroken unit. Apple will not allow emulators which can run external code since it is a way of circumventing the App Store.

The only way would be to have a bundled UAE package with the kickstart, some games etc. already prepackaged without the possibility of loading external adf files or roms.
