Disk Swapper hotkeys with X-Arcade

I've filled up the disk swapper with a bunch of floppies and set up a custom X-Arcade config to do the following:
button 1 : previous disk swapper slot
button 2 : next disk swapper slot
button 3 : insert disk in current disk swapper slot in DF0

The problem is none of the buttons seem to function properly, or at least not as I'm expecting.
Buttons 1 & 2 don't seem to do anything, how do I know which slot is selected?
Button 3 appears to only 'eject' the disk in DF0 leaving the drive empty..

am I missing something?

..in other words I've edited the 'Keyboard*' settings for configuration #4..
The 3 buttons are assigned fine, it's just that they don't seem to work or I've completely misunderstood their function.. plz help me obi-wan-tonobi

Toni, can you please explain how the following custom keyboard settings work (if they work at all)

-previous disk swapper slot
-next disk swapper slot
-insert disk in current disk swapper slot

Previous = move hidden cursor backwards (0 wrap arounds to largest slot that has image inserted)
Next = move hidden cursor forwards (no image = jump back to slot 0)
Insert = insert image from selected slot to DFx:

Using new "Next Disk Image in DFx:" and "Previous Disk Image in DFx:" might be easier choice if your file names have logical enough naming.(http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=51206)

Excellent thanks Toni.. I see those 2 options have only been added recently.. and they work very well
