Stunt Car Racer TNT [lemon] [hol]
The New Tracks is a fan created modification that adds 8 new tracks. Released in 2004 by AmiGer. If you'd like more info you can see this thread about the beta release and another for the full release on EAB. A benefit of these forums being so long lasting.

Round Ends: 23:59 (UK Time) on Saturday 4th December 2021

Rules:

Get the best score you can, during this round.
Post screenshots of your score in this thread, and write the score nearby.
Scores to be achieved without save-states, trainers, passwords, and cheats.
No continues or infinite score leeching.
Finish the game and post a screenshot of the end for the completion star.
Full rules and info are HERE.

Special Rules:

Use the standard car. Do not load any saved games.
Best lap times win.
Remember to screengrab your lap time before leaving the track.

My early attempts. Not familiar with these tracks at all. Some really good ones. Amazing Adept and Evilly Episode might cause some hair pulling moments. I had some spectacular smashes.

Here's my first efforts. Had most trouble to achieve cleanish lap with Rat Race.

Found a couple of seconds on the Crazy Caper. The bumps on this are nerve wracking. The record times for these tracks are really high. Gonna be tough to get close to them all.

I've been dreading this one...

Stunt Car Racer has always been one of the banes of my Super League life. Surely no other game has come up so often? And of course it would be a game that I hate...

So having streamed every single round of the competition on Twitch this year, it would be a shame if I left this one out. I am going to grin and bear it tonight at 8pm (GMT) - let's try these four tracks for competition purposes, and maybe have a look at the others, play the single player game properly and even sneak a go at the original - maybe I can learn to, if not love it, then at least tolerate it...

I've scrubbed my times because I'm not happy with the emulation. It's running slow on an A500 (maybe that's just how it is?). So I've switched to A1200 which runs too fast but I prefer that.

I had a few more goes but only produced spectacular crashes.

Round over, and we've reached the end of this years super league. Thread about that incoming shortly.

Very well played to our fastest drivers. With some impressive record breaking laps. Stevengton out in front takes gold. jPV is extremely close in second. And myself third.

Up next is the Knockout qualifier round. A chance to settle old scores or make a new personal best.
