I have just found, that Campaign/Empire is multilingual.
You can select english, french, german, italian and spanish language.
In the IPF release appears no language selection screen, but all language files are on disk.
To get a version, where the language selection screen appears, simple delete file "campaign.inf".
So it should be also not a problem to create multilingual WHDLoad version, if not available, or create a multilingual cracked version from the english "Ministry" crack.

Interesting info mai Just tried it with the preinstalled WHDLoad and removing the 'campaign.inf' file in the data folder also shows the language screen. After you selected the language it's 'fixed' until you delete the campaign.inf again. Guess KG will include pre-selected versions in his next pack

Then it should be also not a problem to create de, en, fr, it, es only version, without language selection screen.
For the german version copy "campaign.inf" from german TOSEC sets to WHDLoad campaign folder, i suppose.

Maybe I wasn't clear enough : You only delete it once, select the language and afterwards it won't ask again + the language is changed Will prepare the other WHDLoad language versions in a bit.

So it writes a new "campaign.inf" file to the folder with the language info?

Thanks for the modified WHDLoad versions, i am sure, its useful for many other users too.

By the way, then it could be, that the IPF release is modified?
Original unmodified release probably has not the file "campaign.inf" on disk like

So i will rename TOSEC sets to multilingual.
I am about to rename in such a style:

Disks 2 get the [bootable] flag.

seems to be not cracked.
Sometimes you are lucky, if you type "6", but same in the original.

Funny that the version does that. A nice idea to 'lock' the result of the language selection, but apparently that's a tad error prone...

Is something known about an official AGA version of Campaign 2.
TOSEC holds a version named as AGA, it does not run without AGA.

I wonder, why "FLT" has released Campaign 2 uncracked, althought the protection is obviously.

Sorry, its cracked, but you dont get info, what to type in, when using different language than english.

I had a look in the Zone and I can see Spanish, French, etc. versions but no English version, isn't this game available in English?
