GFXRip requests
Tomcat I have the following requests if they are not too much trouble and you find the time to implement these
Firstly an option to shift the offset by say 8 or so.. holding r/f for a while is a bit tedious... maybe Shift+r/f for speed Also an option where I save the file with say filename and tick a continuous option or something and the ripper place say an 001 on the filename.. then when I find the next set of rips I press say shift+p and it'll ask how many to save then auto save with same settings but filename+002 and then filename+003 etc.. (If you follow) |

These are pretty easy to implement (unlike some new screen mode which would only be used for one game and take half a day to implement ;-) ) ... so I will do these today...

OK, added these two options. If you press SHIFT + P then the 000 will be automatically added to the filename currently in the dialog. You can enter a new name and any successive SHIFT + P will increment last three digits in the name.
SHIFT + R/F will increase/decrease skip count by 8. http://retrospec.sgn.net/game-projec...hp?link=gfxrip |

@tomcat... I wouldn't expect you to add that anyway considering it's only Bloodwych and one other games I've seen that do that.
The ability to copy the upper-left cell to clipboard (or a number of cells) would be nice though. - Though, I'm guessing you might not use Windows API much.. so that might be awkward too?? Thanks for the shift+R, shift+F though. |

Hmm, I managed to copy some text into Clipboard, but since I am using Allegro to display graphics (so far) I didn't find a way to copy a BITMAP object (allegro) to clipboard in any way. If any1 has any idea on how to do that please let me know

OK, I redid and bugfixed allegro code (it didnt set the palette) so it now works for 8bit images too. Altough if I paste the image from the clipboard into PaintShopPro it is pasted as true-colour image. Still good enough I suppose...

nice tool but i have 2 objections on it:
1. its using NET Framework 2.0 (i hate runtimes ) 2. i´m NOT the author of GfxRip (check About)..its done by Tomcat666... otherwise its a fine work... |
