Dread demo - Impressive "DOOM" clone for Amiga 500 & 1200
Just came across this yesterday. Someone made a one-level demo of an Amiga exclusive DOOM clone called Dread. And it actually looks and plays pretty well, even on a 1 MB A500 apparently!
[ Show youtube player ] All things considered, it's pretty damned impressive what those guys were able to implement and get running on stock machines.

Ah yes the good old "red cross is protected" problem. People lost their shit when the Doom versions caked into the Doom 3 special edition had changed graphics.
