Only one RTG graphics card for A1200?
Hello,
Except the BlizzardVision PPC, I haven't found any graphics card for the A1200. There are lot of products which are Scandoublers, Flickerfixers but no RTG. I was asking myself if the reason was people prefer connecting a fast processor board to the expansion connector and because of that there was no serious market for graphics cards. |

You can fit a bus-board, PCI (Elbox Mediator 1200LT4, Phase 5 G-Rex 1200) or Zorro (e.g. Micronik 1200-Z3i, Elbox Zorro IV) and use pretty much all big-box Amiga RTG graphics cards. Last edited by alexh; 18 November 2014 at 15:54. |

There are also Zorro expansions for the A1200, which open up more possibilities.
Then again, get a big box machine if you want to expand it. The A1200 is at its best as a wedge machine in my opinion. |

I just hope Cyclone 5 FPGA accelerator for A1200 will be successfully done and will contain also RTG (Picasso2?).

alexh, yes I mean graphics card that connect directly to the expansion connector, not through a gateway of any kind.
