Why is Daedalus banned?
I saw that it says "banned" below Daedalus's user name. What has he done?

I think it may have been a mistake. I spoke to him earlier and he reported a spam post yesterday, then was banned for spamming.

As I am not aware of an issue with Daedalus that may have caused the ban, I have lifted it.
indigolemon is probably right, someone may have mistakenly banned him at the same time as the spammer he reported. Sorry for the annoyance and thank you guys for pointing the mistake. |

Ooops, that may have been me when deleting a spam thread that he reported.
I accidently had the wrong username selected, but then noticed the mistake and was positive that I reversed this. ...but guess not, since this thread has appeared Really sorry Daedalus, please accept my sincere apologies. @everyone; if this accidently happens in future just PM a GM immediately and we will reverse. |

Ha, cheers guys Thanks for sorting it out, no problem at all. I thought it was kinda funny, getting banned for spamming after reporting spam

There are other ways to point the mistake out. Email some EAB friends if you have already discussed with them via email. Join IRC. Join Lemon or some other boards. Contact some people who are also members of EAB. Spend a few million euros and buy some advertising space in newspapers. You will probably reach some EAB members. |

Also, when I accidently banned Daedalus he would have received a PM saying: ... that I had banned him. ... and the reason I gave: Spammer!!! |

Oh no that sucks, poor Daedalus! I'm glad he didn't get miffed or anything, it would have been sad to lose his valuable contribution to the board for a misunderstanding.
Welcome back mate. Now let's ban DamienD for a day as punishment haha *user Akira was banned for this post* |
