64 bit signed multiply

Is the 64 bit muls.l d0, d1:d2 instruction limited to 68020+?

Also, it is emulated in software on 68060. The default software-implementation (which is located in the 060 accelerator's on-board ROM, or in 68060.library) is quite slow. Without Oxypatcher or some other utility which installs an optimized software-implementation, a 64bit mul runs roughly the same speed on 060/50 as it does on 020/14.
