Oktagon 2008/A2000

Hi.

I have SCSI HD (250 MB) on Oktagon 2008 (A2000). System (WB 3.1) install and start from HD (to prepare disk I use Oktagom 2.15 disk). But I can't use HDToolBox (to split disk for partitions). I try Oktapussy, but I can't load prefs, because I don't have SoftScsi_Oktagonc9x.device v.6. Wher I can download it?
Or maybe is other way to split HD?
And one more is it true that with Oktapussy I can use bigger HD than 1 GB?

for bigger drives you will need to figure out which rom you have installed (oktagon.device is in rom/eprom on card)

latest is 6.10 (or6.12 which is fake imo)

try to type in CLI>

"version oktagon.device"

and use hdinsttools, or you can setup proper device in hdtoolbox tooltypes

I solved my problem (I add LoadIDE to startup-sequence). But to make partitions I must use hdinsttools, hdtoolbox doesn't work (show fake values), is it correct?
Sysinfo show v.3.2 of oktagondevice, but Oktapussy replace Oktagon Rom? So update rom isn't needed (as is write in manula). But... if it is need, how can I update rom?

if hdinsttools then good for you

update can be done only with eprom programmer

Using oktagon.device from oktapussy it should be pretty straightforward (compared to the original device, which I never got to work but didn't try too long).
