Thanks a lot, bro!
Perhaps I should have mentioned that I needed it prepared for playing on PC, but some fast work with ADFOpus and LHA inside Amiga emulation session did the job so now I'm playing the files through WinAmp, like I originally intended.

All programs I use on my pc support lha... such as windows commander, winrar etc... don't you have any of those common programs?

Of course I have, but I never used LHA. In fact, all LHA.exe versions that I came across in the past were detected as "too old" by those programs and couldn't be used. Strange...
Ah, either way...I solved the problem on my own way
