I might have something here but im unsure whether to part with it... It is an Amitek Hawk with 8meg of ram and an fpu... I used to have a Blizzard 030 and im thinking about buying one again so will need to sell some stuff to help fund it.

I dont know what to sell it for but the general price seems to be £70 ish for one of these without the fpu, mine has that but cannot say what speed until I go check it properly, my memory is hazy but I seem to think it is 28mhz. I need to get that a1200 out and setup again.

Because that was a long time ago and prices change, the current pricing is what it is.

Ah this old chestnut again! Life m8, that all this is. Things are worth only what somebody is willing to pay and if they want it that bad then it will happen.

I stupidly sold a Blizzard 1230-IV with a 32meg simm on this forum some years ago, I let it go for... drumrolll..... £44 and that was postage included!
I wont get change out of £170+ now if I want another one lol. Nuts.

Now the retro thing has took off bigtime and everyone wants their amiga back, prices have gone nuts. I used to think exactly like you did about this touchy subject but at the end of the day, you either suck it up and pay or you go without and dream.

Its horrible but what can you do?
