Wow, cool! If I provide some USS for later levels, can you rip those too?

sure someone could rip them.. would also need screenshots of the level so colours can be remapped properly (Captive couldn't have the palette found)

use the savestates with Winuae and you can make screenshots yourself..

unless there is no disk access it would work fine...

Yeah, screenshots are one thing, but clean sprite sheets are something else.

I could never get anything useful out of the graphics ripper, that's why I thought you cleverer people might help...

BTW bippym, did you notice your palette on the captive screens you made is a bit wrong?

Just post 'em to the zone or to my site and I'll do 'em... they're quite a rip-friendly format in Knightmare.

Why is the palette a bit wrong for Captive?

I remapped them myself from screenshots so should be perfect.. please show me so I can fix it

Two blues are swapped, something is wrong with the red/yellow range and there are three bright greens that mess up certain sprites. I'll do a little comparison and posit it up in the Captive thread.

I'll supply all the gfx for this very soon..

Method you might want to remove yours as I'll be ripping mine from the actual files (Like Captive) and not from memory

Okay here are the gfx ripped from Knightmare

All the gfx were ripped directly from files and not memory so they are as accurate as can be in most respects.

I am still not 100% certain about the palette for some of the later gfx so if there are any errors please let me know and I'll fix them.

Like Captive the screenshots are named the same as they are within the game

Enjoy
