AMIGA is a gay shit computer

Well, at least according to the direct Google Translation of this Japanese Demoscene production, anyway:

I find this title really hurtful, but there seems to be variations on it. I have this demo in my collection, but could only use the "AMIGA" word as Japanese is not exactly allowed in Windows filenames, not for compatibility's sake, so I thought I'd translate it instead.

The demo itself is not really that offensive at first glance, except for a sexually-aroused creature (!!!), but I don't know why they chose this title.

My Amiga Demoscene audio collection is meant to promote the platform, but potential listeners will soon change their mind if they see that title.

Anyone on the Scene know why they did this?

I personally have the feeling they wanted to simulate some japanese otaku making fun of it promoting the japanese paso-kon superiority (see the blatant PC-9801 aesthetic) hence is at the level of an Amiga suxx demo made by atarians then ported to amiga

They forgot a good number of Amigans have NO self irony

Right, WHY there are no x68000/PC8801/PC9801 demos? Do japanese coders dislike to indulge in the demoscene? Or some licensing roadblocks?

Last I heard, this was an Amiga board, not a board for a very obscure computer that everyone here keeps harping on about as if they would rather have it than the Amiga.

It's released at Finnish Amiga Party, and unfortunately we have a catchphrase "Amiga on homo!" (Amiga is gay) in Finland. It all started couple decades ago when a certain person (IIRC he used the nick "Bugi"?) joined to a certain Finnish Amiga related IRC channel and never said anything else but "AMIGA ON HOMO" and he got kicked out of the channel always. Unless "on" is a typo, he could've meant "girlfriend on top of homo [sapiens] boyfriend having sex". Sorry, but that's immediately what I thought of when reading that.
