Amiga 1500 battery clock not found
I brought my Amiga 1500 a year ago and works fine the original battery had already been removed from the board.
I decided to put a battery back in and got a coin type holder but with the battery fitted it says battery clock not found. I have checked the voltage from the battery and it reaches the real time clock chip so any ideas what might be wrong. Many Thanks |

What is the voltage getting to the RTC chip?
It is common for the RTC chip to fail and need replacing. |
