Amiga 2000 black screen

A2000HD was working fine until today, when it gave me a black/blank screen and it refuses to boot.

I've stripped the machine from all the cards(A2630, catweasel, etc) but the problem is still there. I just got a black screen with the power led on.
Upon pressing CTRL+A+A the keyboard light turns up for a sec, like it's reseting.

I should mention that when I got this machine like a year ago it was completely dead, and I replaced the PSU with an ATX one that I adapted. It was working fine for months.
I tried replacing some custom chips with ones from a non working A500 I have with no luck, except for the Denise, upon replacing it, the machine boots to a red screen. I think the red code means a ROM issue, but upon replacing the ROM the red screen continues.

I've removed all the expansions except for the mini Megi chip, I'm not sure if that I remove it, I need to change some jumpers on the board, etc.

PSU voltages are fine.

Battery was removed, it does have a little corrosion though, but somebody cleaned it years ago.
Not sure was else to check.

Is it safe to try one by one the chips from the A2000 in a working A500 I have?
Capacitors?

Thanks
