Sandisk EXTREME III 4GB CF card compatible with IDA-CF adapter ?

hi guys !

My brother gave me a nice Sandisk Extreme III 4GB CF card as a x-mas present to use as harddisk inside my Amiga-1200 for WHDload gaming

But, can anyone tell me if this card is compatible together with my CF-IDE 44 adapter ?
I don't want to open the card's box to try it before I don't know for sure (so that I could take it back to the shop for another one, if it doesn't work)

Yes it is, I have 1 of these running on my A1200 with CF-IDE adapter. Its running lovely.
