MagicWB registered?

Okay MagicWB cannot be registered in any way, there is the http://www.fatcat.vispa.com/keyring/ page that should help. But the way is impossible?

Installed the 2.0r package and don't have it registered and shot the 2.1p over it without any better results. What's the trick to get rid of these nagging dialog at boot?

2.0r is the right version (r = registered)

2.1p is unregistered (p = preview)

As Thomas says, only 2.0 is registered. There are no copies of 2.1 registered floating around the web as far as I know.

magicwb2.1 is just a sharware package which haven't new features over magicWB 2.0 disk

most of the icons in 2.1 package are hacked to show unregistred marks, such package is obsolete

So there were no improvements in 2.1? I had a 2.1 registered pack back in the day so it was definitely a thing. Wish I still had all my old disks, I had it backed up too.

Looking for icons for my 1.3 config, I have seen this on grandis 'MAGICWB 2.1cr.LHA'.
But don't know if it is registered or not as I did not tested it...

i think you had v2.0 registered back in the day, because there was never registered v2.1 version available.
the one and only v2.1 is v2.1p (p=preview). latest registered version was v2.0r (r=registered).

you're right, impossible to register magicwb nowadays. i got my copy also from keyring which you linked to...
and as said already, do NOT install v2.1p over registered v2.0!

Hmm? That's interesting, because I had made an upload of the same archive to the Zone already 11 days ago and didn't remove it yet.

This must be a bug in the forum software, because your newer upload of the same file has overwritten and replaced my upload from October, the 10'th. At least, I can't find it anymore.

I did check to see if it was in there first but I couldn't see it.

Ok, maybe the mods have removed the file because it's the registered MagicWB version ... and we both will be banned from EAB soon ...

... but honx is still there ...

Well lost a HDD and most of my amiga stuff and sods law that its not in the zone any chance of putting it back lol.
