Try using the LOWMEM tooltype in the icon when running the game. JST will read disk images directly from hard disk, instead of caching them in memory.
HDLOAD does the same, expect for standard files, instead of disk images. Otherwise, look for a cheap '030 accelerator e.g. the Blizzard or Viper and get some memory for it. When the memory for these accelerators were cheap, I got a 32 Mb SIMM, which is adequate for most things! You should also use WHDLoad instead (www.whdload.de) - JST isn't supported anymore and most JST games are now converted to WHDLoad. |
