Kingmaker US Gold Scans and Screenshots

I was working at my new article for the Amiga Future about Kingmaker.
I reakised that there are just 2 screenshots, so I made some more.
I also make Boxscans from the German/French Version and from the german Quickstart.

I put it all in THE ZONE.

Question: From which Version is the Manual Scan at HOL?

The Amiga Version from US Gold have a Copyrights of the Boardgame Version from TM Games (1984).
The HOL Manual have Copyrights from the Avalon Hiill Boardgame.
The Avalon Hill Boardgame was published in USA. Was there a special US Version? The Boxscan which is actual in HOL is from the british Version and TM Games.

The Amiga Version is very slow on A500 and also very buggy.
Have some one ever played this one?
After nearly an hour of playing there comes a copyright check from the Manual. I can not solve it with the original Manual.
Maybe this is the reason, because there existing no longplay from this game?

I never saw this US release?

By the way. The manual for DE/FR was twisted in the Book.
You can read german from one side, and french from the other side.

You can find the information on Wikipedia for example: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kingmaker_(video_game)

It was published by The Avalon Hill Game Company as mentioned in the manual.

I saw this Box sometimes, but always as DOS Version. Never as Amiga Version.

Well hopefully it was really released.
I never saw an Amiga Box. I never found an ADF or any other download for an US Version.
I saw just US Gold Version, always.
