Newtek NDI output of Amiga graphics to other applications and emulate a genlock. Amiga titles in OBS!

Have you tried to capture UAE output directly with OBS? I use OBS with VLC as an NDI source pretty regularly. I have a scene that includes VLC and a webcam, and I use VLC as a background for the webcam. That all goes out NDI to my main computer, where I use an NDI virtual webcam to feed Skype and Discord.

Game capture mode in OBS tends to be pretty good at pulling out D3D content. I'd start with that.
