1 megabit x 4 DRAM 30pin dils...where to get them?

Any tips on where to get these?
As i understand you can pull them off simms...but i havent seen any 30 pin ones.

edit 300mil DIP package..........not 30 pin

Hmm, not sure. All the 30-pin SIMMS I have ever used are SOJ/TSOP RAM chips.
