Shift + F3 not working in ProTracker?

Got a bit of an issue with pretty much every version of WinUAE lately. It seems that when I try and use the short cuts protracker for cut / copy / paste, they don't seem to work. However a much earlier version (2-3 years ago) which I've got installed at home doesn't have this problem. The combos are

SHIFT + F3,F4,F5
ALT + F3,F4,F5 (already know to turn off ALT+F4 quit)
CTRL + F3,F4,F5

Anyone got any ideas?

Just to confirm

2.1.0 - Works
2.4.1 - Doesn't work

You sure you don't have some custom config with changed keyboard shortcuts? (which isn't supported by older versions)

never touched the keyboard config on either version. I'll get a latest download and try that.

Try using config file from scratch to confirm it. (backup old one first, needed for comparison if new one works, remove also default.uae, if it exists, temporarily)
