A600 "flashing" title bar in WB

Just noticed this yesterday. In classicWB the title bar "flashes" ~every 5 seconds. It's not the whole screen but only the title bar. I'm positive it did not happen before (or so I think...). Happens on both lcd and crt. Here's a little video where the flashing is barely noticeable (sorry about the audio

Is this something to worry about? Caps? Actually the caps have been replaced, but the solder job could be better (not done by me)

Any known reason for this symptom?

A600/KS31/Furia (no fpu)/A604N.

Maybe to do with whatever daemon you have running that adds info up there? It might be refreshing the data.

Doesn't seem like a hardware issue.

Yeah, you can call me paranoid

If I run any program (Dopus etc.) the title bar does not flash.

Problem solved. I think I'm just a pessimist here
