Help With xDMS

Hi, I have an A1000 running WB 1.3 with 512kb of RAM, and I'm trying to transfer a copy of Janus accross using Amiga Explorer so I can use my 1060 sidecar, but the only copy of Janus I can find is in DMS format. I've downloaded xDMS and transfered it and the DMS file to an Amiga floppy, and attempted to decompress it, but I always get a message saying RAM disk is full. I've tried a few different commands to set the floppy as the destination directory but none have worked, I'm wondering if I simply don't have enough RAM... Can anyone experienced with the program help me out?

Just use the original DMS program: http://aminet.net/package/util/arc/dms111

Thanks, but I don't seem to have privlidges for the zone!

I tried out the program, but when I try to write the file it tells me I'm out of memory, is there a minimum RAM requirement for running it?

Thanks a bunch, got the ADF working

but when I try installing Janus it says there's insufficient space on SYS, how do I get around this?
