Hi! It's been awhile, life and things. Completely forgot about this request.

Out of the last 3 suggestions, Islandia looks kind of familiar, however the game seems more focused around ship trading.. The game I was thinking of had more a survival thing going on, managing supplies, moving around an island, possible ship travel?

hmm, perhaps its not the game in the link, this article suggests its adventure island....

….but the game i linked doesn't appear to be the same game.


EDIT: okay, so it seems if we go by author, it was released as Rescue: an island adventure, which looks radically different to the adventure island screenshot

perhaps these screenshots are of the game you remember:

I think you're onto something with this The first link shows a map that looks very familiar, and the article mentions Tapioca along with the strategic elements. Thanks for your help, now have something solid to go on.
