Won't run 'out-of-the-box' on ClassicWB though. Quite sure there is a way to get it working, but a WHDLoad patch would be much nicer

Unfortunately no IPF floating around (SPS hasn't dumped it yet either).

I have made a WHDLoad patch for this game today, I fixed the stupid "game doesn't work with fast mem" bug (copperlists in fastram are a really stupid idea...) and also trained it, CUSTOM1=1 for unlimited lives, CUSTOM2=1 for unlimited energy. Not much tested, let me know if there are problems. Pre-installed version attached, since I don't have any icon you'll have to start the game from shell with: whdload morton.slave preload

I have tested it a few days ago on my Amiga 1200/40/64, and the game crashed at the very beginning with an error message:
Code:
Exception „Adress Error“($200c) at $4 occured I hope that you find a little time for an Installer for Lupo Alberto. I have noticed that your new patch still has no icon, therefore I have decided to make some icons for the game, the result can be seen below. |

I've tried it and it all appears to work fine for me,
Nice work StingRay - any updates on the progress of the AGA version? |

I have an original of this game. I recently contributed the boxscans, diskscans, miscshots, etc. To the Hall Of Light as shown here:
http://hol.abime.net/5766 I have made a RAW SPS Dump of this AGA version. It is sitting waiting for SPS to analyse it. I uploaded the RAW SPS dumps on the 15/08/2010. |

Do you want to compare it to the version from http://www.confused-pelican.com/ Denis?

I will perform a disk dump of the original disk I have of the AGA version and upload it to the zone. I will do this at some stage tonight.
Might be worthwhile doing a CRC check to see if the CRC32 sum is any different to the current AGA ADF found on the Confused Pelican Website. |
