if gear uses doa mode then we only have these 2 isos to play with

cd isos using gear program

https://www.dropbox.com/sh/hyyc2nand...9wkCS3cZa?dl=0

but gear does not allow you to copy this cd to 1 iso

it only allows 2 isos

this is what i did

http://www.gearsoftware.com/howtogui...teisoimage.php

i followed that

You have to configure it manually. Just read manual and edit default profile.
Only you have this CD so experiment with different options to get best result.
Below some setting from software which i recommended to you:

burnatonce

ddump just comes up with a black screen and exits

burnatonce fails

here are the settings i used on clone cd

gear had no settings to adjust so im guessing the 2 isos are raw data

so what program do i use to combine 2 isos into one ?

did you try the two isos?

i dont understand why there is 300 odd mb of no data in track 2

everytime i try to open up the complete iso it only shows a fraction of the data ?

if you edit iso 1 and leave iso 2 in tact untouched how do you make the 2 isos 1 iso?

It seems to be some kind of data table. Maybe that's why searching isn't working in cracked image:

I told you already that you need FrogASPI or any other ASPI Drivers for this soft.

Nowhere without knowing how Track2 is handled by Track1

I found some info about Kwizoke Plus karaoke system:
http://www.baverstock.org.uk/tim/me.html
I was right about custom format. Track2 is a proprietory CD-ROM filing system that's why can't be edited without proper tools.

what does this mean for the project?

is it game over >?

now i have given you the raw disc image are you able to crack it and see if that will work ?

i dunno if it helps but when you boot up the cd and go to play the songs you could change the pitch of the songs with this

https://www.zzounds.com/item--DGTVOCVR

when you boot into the program the red midi light comes on and you can change the speed of the tracks and the sound using that ?

is that any help to how it works?

i emailed tim to ask him could he help and said :

"I have no programming-level Amiga computer, and negligible spare time, so I wouldn't be able to reverse engineer it. You just might find an Amiga enthusiast who could - there are still hackers who enjoy the hardware - but I don't frequent Amiga websites.

You all have my sympathies, but I'm unable to help further."

some more intel on the kwizoke machine

Our experienced musicians produce midi files of the tracks and professional quality synthesizers are used for extremely realistic sound. Can't sing? No need to worry! Our equipment also contains a voice pitch correction unit which constantly monitors the pitch of your voice and corrects it if you do sing off key. You can transpose tracks up and down, change the tempo and alter the volume of the melody line with absolutely no loss of quality. The on-screen interface is also very easy to use indeed.

the custom track probably isn't the problem and is better unchanged. I'll try to create a working CD32/CDTV disc, we'll see about the amiga version later.

that is correct

the original kwizoke machine was a cd32 with a security dongle

the creator ran out of cd32s so he had to change it to a amiga1200 that emulates a cd32

when you turn the amiga on its told to be a cd32

i was advised to use a program called turborip

i ripped it in /raw mode

https://www.dropbox.com/sh/r5t7t0tgl...YXoBPB-oa?dl=0

i have tested the new isos and cue file and it boots in and is now displaying service required as it used to

im guessing now we have 2 tracks and a cue file that boots 2 isos successfly

all we have to do is re crack raw iso 1 leaving iso 2 alone ?

unless the crack itself is wrong ? and maybe the original cracker could look at cracking this complete raw rip.

i was hoping all the previous rips were incomplete and this rip now being the complete raw 1:1

previous CRACK that maybe wrong ?

https://www.dropbox.com/s/eftob6drsh...zokeplusD?dl=0

hopefully this is the rip everyone is waiting for

thank you

the rips are good. Rebuilding the first track with the crack (or without I think) gives a CD that doesn't work.

first track (raw) : 7 megs
after rebuild : 880k (like the floppy)

where is the remaining data ?? The second track isn't an issue now but the first track is.

booting from HD works but still this DoIO -4 error??? maybe an emulator issue with CD files. Didn't test on a real machine.

Sorry I'm going to stop here.
