amiga emulation on mac os 10.6.8
hello everyone,
i used to own an amiga a600 from 1993 until my dad decided to throw it out in about 2001 because he said it din't work! damn him, it worked fine. i then bought another one from ebay which worked but wouldn't save games (common problem?) anyway i'd love to play settlers 1 again. is there any way of getting this to work on a mac? os 10.6.8. I am not particularly computer minded so if you use lots of jargon and assumed knowledge i'll be stuffed thanks for any help i get, jon. or should i just bite the bullet and buy one off ebay? does anyone have any recommended dealers? i have all the rest of the stuff bar the computer which is what makes it so frustrating! |

@jongiddings http://fs-uae.net/ (Amiga Emulator) should work nicely on your OS X 10.6.8 computer
In addition to the emulator, you need the following: - A Kickstart ROM (i.e. a file with the Kickstart 1.3 image). - Disk images (commonly in .adf format) of the Settlers disks. |
