Fastest unZIP on 030?
I am trying to gather the best set of decompressing tools I can for my 030@50 (I even have an FPU if that helps the case).
Noticeably, the unZIP you can find on Aminet is mighty slow, much slower than LHA. Are there any other options? Cheers! /a |

No idea how fast it is. I Zipped up Simon CD32 on PC, FTP that to amiga and used the Amiga to unzip that. If I remember Simon CD32 (from disc) was about 200meg with many files. Only took 11 minutes to unzip it. Which I thought was good for a 030 really. Using unzip OK beaten to the post twice |
